Processing Times
All candles and wax melts are hand‑poured in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We currently ship within the United States.

Local Pickup (Optional)
If you are located near Platte, MO, local pickup may be available. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Warm Weather Shipping
Candles and wax melts can soften or melt in extreme heat. During warmer months, we may use additional packaging materials or adjust shipping schedules to help protect your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Freeman Ember Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out — we want you to love your experience.
